Your first fitting can take up to an hour, sometimes a little more or less, depending on how involved you want to be. Some clients love choosing every detail, from lapel style down to buttonhole threading. Others prefer to pick the main fabric and let me handle the rest. I’ll go over your fit preferences and any concerns, show you fabrics and style options, and lastly, I’ll take all of your measurements.

Most garments take around 4-6 weeks to complete, though timelines can vary slightly. 

Once everything arrives, I’ll schedule your final fitting so you can try everything on and ensure it looks and feels exactly the way you want.

Pricing depends largely on the cost of the fabric chosen and because of that, average pricing is shown on the website. Payment is expected at time of purchase.

All custom and personalized items are non-refundable as each item is made to a specific body shape and size. However, there are some exceptions depending on circumstances.

If any alterations need to be done at the first fitting, I will take care of it promptly at no charge.

Can I cancel or change my order after I have placed it?

• You may only cancel or change your order if it hasn't gone into production yet. Try to let me know as soon as possible.
